For pilots, advisory work, or custom engagements, refund and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, or signed service agreement.

If a service is offered through a public checkout flow, the refund terms presented at the time of purchase apply unless otherwise required by law.

4. Third-party charges

Third-party usage or provider fees are generally outside Onvo's refund scope unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
