Onvo provides software, advisory work, and related services for private company AI systems. Available features, deployment models, and engagement shape may vary by customer, pilot, or service agreement.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when interacting with the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service in violation of applicable law.
  • Do not misuse the service to harm, harass, or deceive others.
  • Do not interfere with other users, systems, or infrastructure.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to Onvo systems or accounts.

5. Third-party services

Onvo may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, billing, identity, or other operational needs. Use of those providers may also be subject to their terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as the product evolves. Preview features and selective-access surfaces may change with limited notice.

7. Data and content

You retain ownership of your materials, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service, support the engagement, and comply with law or contract.

8. Billing and commercial terms

Billing, pricing, and refund terms may be defined by checkout, order form, or written agreement depending on the service being provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if an engagement ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
